There are multiple methods to contact HMRC. Firstly, HMRC has to include a set of contact details on its website and in the terms and conditions. In these details, you will be able to find HMRC’s phone number, HMRC’s address, HMRC email as well as Facebook, Twitter and other social networks that HMRC may be subscribed to.
When calling HMRC you will want to remain calm and collected on the phone. You may also find it helpful to have a pen and paper handy in the the event you need to note anything down during the coversation. This allows for any resolutions and issues to be amended quickly without stress.
